emember to unplug
your chandelier before you start cleaning it and always let it dry completely
before switching it back on.
ou do not need to remove individual parts
from the chandelier to clean it. For a thin layer of dust use a dry anti-static
duster. You should wear white cotton gloves to prevent fingerprints. If the
chandelier is very dusty simply add a little washing-up liquid to lukewarm
water. Using a lint-free cotton cloth carefully wipe each individual crystal
from top to bottom, then dry with a clean cloth.
he length of the
chain is not included in the height measurement. It is measured from the very
bottom of the chandelier (usually a crystal ball or a brass knob) to the highest
point of the actual chandelier.
f you are hanging
the chandelier above a table the rule is that the lower it hangs the more
elegant it looks. Just make sure that when sitting down the guests can easily
see each other across the table. If you are hanging the chandelier in the
centre of a room instead of above a table that you allow about 2 meters free
height for people to walk freely below it.
s always when lighting
candles you should never leave them unattended. Use non drip candles if possible
and never leave windows or doors open. Candles and draft is not a good combination!
Also, avoid hanging pendants too close to curtains or too close to the ceiling.
To create a really nice and inviting atmosphere install dimmer switches to
you chandelier so that you can dim down the electric lights when you light
the candles.
ur chandeliers are
very well packed in sturdy boxes that are filled with plastic bits so that
the chandelier cannot move around during transport. From experience we have
very few problems in transport but in the case of any damage we will immediately
take the necessary action to rectify the problem.
